The vehicle or product delivered does not match the listed description
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item has not been used, modified, or altered
Returns for customized or special-order vehicles may not be accepted unless proven faulty or misrepresented.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable)
Our team will assess the request and provide return instructions if eligible
Please do not send the item back without receiving authorization.

Once your return is approved and the item received:
We will inspect the product within 3–5 business days
If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider
Please note: Shipping or logistics fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
