Refund and Returns Policy

At EnergyLuis, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most products purchased from EnergyLuis within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned with all accessories, tags, and manuals that came with it.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@energyluis.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in arranging an exchange for the same item or an alternative product of equal value.
To request an exchange, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) to be exchanged
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will be notified once your refund has been processed.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
- Non-refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to sale items, personalized products, gift cards, and any products that have been used, worn, or damaged after opening.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that are on sale or clearance (unless defective or damaged)
- Gift cards
- Fishing gear or accessories that have been used or worn
5. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@energyluis.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Pack Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship It Back: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. EnergyLuis is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@energyluis.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it has arrived, following the return process described above.
