Delivery Policy

At EnergyLuis, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery for all our products. Our Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to you. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Business Hours: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate email will be sent once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your products:
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Express Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to various countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the weight of the products ordered. Please check the available shipping options at checkout.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you via email.
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and military bases.
International Shipping: We ship to a variety of international destinations. However, some regions may have restrictions or higher shipping fees. International orders may also be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. This offer excludes expedited and international shipping.
Promotions: From time to time, we may offer special promotions or discounts on shipping. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
- Order Tracking: Simply visit our carrier’s tracking page (links provided in the email) and enter the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
- Tracking Delays: Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, and local delivery carrier delays.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be times when shipments are delayed due to factors such as:

- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections (for international orders)
- Holidays or high-demand periods
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact our customer service team.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and send it to our customer support team along with your order number.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or others in your household. If it is still missing, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is important to double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. If you realize that you entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We can assist in correcting the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes once the product arrives in your country. These fees are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Failures: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the wrong address provided or failure to claim the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve the issue.
